Tomorrow is Friday, May 8. For everyone else, this will be just another normal Friday but for our family, it is special. This day is my son Kyle Alcosiba college graduation.
Kyle somehow managed to cram 4 years of college into 3 while running for the Biola University track team. He was also playing basketball, volleyball and working 25-30 hours a week at Starbucks. In addition to all that, he graduates with honors and on the dean’s list. To say we are proud is an understatement. He is graduating with a degree in social science and a minor in Bible. He is the crazy history guy!
Like many, no graduation ceremony. I picked him up in March and we began the long drive home to Texas. Not once has he ever complained about any of this only concern for those sick, losing their business or struggling. He’s my amazing son.
He has been accepted to Liberty University where he will continue his education by pursuing a master of History, not sure what his emphasis will be. He loves Israel, America and everything about history.
We are so very proud of our son. He worked his tail off to save us money. He has become this selfless, Kingdom man in pursuit of a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and I love everything about him. He’s crazy athletic as most everyone knows, insanely funny, humble to the core and an amazing kid.
For the Alcosiba family we are celebrating you this week! And Lindsey Alcosiba and I are celebrating all 3 kids out of college, 1 completed his masters and two on their way!
