Redemption Point Alliance Church first Young Adult retreat and wow, what an amazing weekend!
3 years ago we had 12 people in our church. And with the exception of our sons, and nieces, there was no young adult group. God has done so much.

My heartbeat is young adults and I wanted to see God doing something. Something big. They are our tomorrow. They are the ones we need to pass on the torch to bring Jesus Christ into a lost world. So, we prayed and prayed and prayed more.
I’m blown away at what God is doing. We had over 30 young adults at our retreat and it was nothing short of awesome. These folks are pursuing a deeper relationship with God and they want authentic, real, friendships in solid community. And we are becoming just that!

We are a messy group. We come flawed, broken, and often, struggling. We are learning to love each other well and walk with each other through the messiness of life. We believe in transformation through the power of Jesus and are committed to cheering and spurring one another on. It’s a safe place.
I love everything about our growing group. Every person God has brought has been such a blessing to me, Lindsey Alcosiba and our church. Everyone of them bring so much and add to the body.
This weekend, in the midst of basketball, dodgeball, food, games, outstanding worship times, solid Biblical teaching, great seminars and unbelievable fellowship (and no sleep), the Holy Spirit showed up and it was perfect. I’m grateful. I’m amazed. I’m in awe of His goodness.
Kenny, Kevin, Kyle, Kelly, Ali, Frank, Jacob and Lindsey….thanks for leading us in worship.
Presley and Dante….. you moved us to the core. Your stories, your journeys, your faith and posture are inspiring and powerful. I know He’s called you to mightier things ahead. Philippians 1:6
Brandon, Carol, Chris, Heather, Eddie and Eileen, we are indebted. Thank you for your commitment to Him! Thank you for serving and being present. This weekend wouldn’t have been without y’all.
RPAC young adults, we love you!
More photos coming but these few photos sum it up….
